(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch, the public interest law firm that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, filed last week a criminal citizens’ complaint, along with James Robinson, as counsel for flight attendant Anne Marie Smith, to have Congressman Gary Condit indicted for obstruction of justice. Today, the grand jury will meet to determine whether to recommend indicting Gary Condit of obstruction of justice.
