You liberals love that talking point about attacks under Bush’s watch. The difference is, Bush wasn’t complicit in the attacks by ordering standdowns, and Bush didn’t try to cover up that they happened.

If anyone doubts that America is under assault ideologically they have a lot of homework to do! This falls right in line with the attempts of various ivy league academia trying to normalize pedophilia so as to make it acceptable to the American populace and not punishable by our courts nor enforced by our law enforcement.
The First amendment is under assault because we shouldn’t say anything untowards about the Islamic prophet mohammed, nor should we express our distaste with him via movie production.
Moreover, the 2nd amendment is under assault (I believe it to be directly as another front in the islamic jihad against us) which began “coincidentally? I think NOT!!! immediately after Obama got re-elected.
The 10th amendment has been under assault – and most likely to continue in one form or another since the issue of Arizona (Gov Brewer) and immigration and Obama/ the Federal Govt. SUING the state of AZ for enforcing their s own federal laws because the feds absolutely refuse to!
This is just the tip of the iceberg… assault on our American Constitution and it’s Bill of Rights specifically because they are considered by the power wielders, Islamic Arabian oil sheiks to be “man-made laws” and Muslims do not follow and will not be made to follow, and in fact will go out of their way to change to our laws to suit their own needs because THIS IS WHAT THEY DO. It is against their religion to assimilate or integrate with another culture because in doing so it inhibits their ability to practice Islam. (They would say, it stops them from FREELY practicing Islam. As though it is WE who are depriving THEM of THEIR freedoms!!! For all, this is they way they look at it. ) What is more, don’t TRY TO CHANGE them either because their actions are in accordance with Islamic sharia law and to ask them to do otherwise is to ask them to DISOBEY their g-d and go straight to hell. For them to change or deny any aspect of their “g-d given law” of Allah – which is the Quran is to do that which is blasphemy and blasphemy or apostasy, both of which are punishable by death under Islam no matter what continent you live on. The laws are the same for Islam in America as they are for Islam in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, the entire ME, it just depends on which stage of sharia law is under implementation because they tend to sneak it in piecemeal under peacetime versus forcing it through all at once during wartime. Obviously it is easier for them to do so during peacetime…especially under circumstances where the nonmuslim target host nation is much stronger than they are physically, financially, powerfully, and technologically as well as more educated. You know, like America used to be before we were weakened economically sufficiently enough for them to feel comfortable enough to begin “Allah’s work”. Finally, they can afford to take a very long time in implementation because they have NOTHING ELSE TO DO except for whatever and whatALL has a purpose for Islam. (It’s growth and overall domination). If there is anything you can think of that can serve to help the causes of Islam, then they can also and can and will do it because THAT IS ALL they HAVE to do. Everything else is forbidden.

Wow the author is out to lunch. The reason that such things are done to show niceness to Muslims is that Muslims were being killed on our streets from radical nuts that think that all Muslims are terrorists. Odd that these same people who murder Muslims usually claim to be Christians. So sad that Americans have become so blinded in their own hate that they start killing other Americans in the street because of their religion.
@Majors,bruce, Please look up how many people were killed in embassies when Bush was in office then whine again about the handful that were killed with Stevens. People like you are the problem. Uneducated whiners and blamers that point fingers when they know so little about what has happened.

The new manual with these now rules are both absurd and outragous. For the US troops not being allowed to criticize the Taliban or their beliefs or actiions in Afghanistan is very much like have a manual thay had forbidden the US troops to criticze the Nazis during World War II or the beliefs and actions of theNazis in Europe.
