It is scientifically proven that coloreds have smaller “brains” than humans and can not learn above a fifth grade level as they are only “visual and verbal” as “abstract and conceptual” are beyond their abilities. While the average human IQ is 100 for a colored an IQ of 70 is considered a HBCU scholar.

This is just another waste of time, effort and taxpayer money in an attempt to try to prove and make coloreds “just like us” which they never can be. Where is the money going to come from for this?
