On this edition of On Watch, Judicial Watch Director of Investigations and Research Chris Farrell discussed Arizona’s largest city, Phoenix, which recently became a sanctuary city for illegal aliens. The change in immigration enforcement policies came after its police chief held a private meeting with a leftist group which demanded the change, records obtained by Judicial Watch show.

Also, Chris provides an update on his 6 year-long investigation into El Paso, Texas, where the U.S. Office of Inspector General recently began in investigation into the illegal activity and corruption that plagues the area.
