With the Supreme Court set to begin hearing oral arguments on March26th over the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare,” Judicial Watch is hosting an expert panel discussion tor eview the legal and policy controversies surrounding this law.

Brought against the Obama administration by 26 states and other parties, the case Florida v. Dept. of Health & Human Services raises questions about the “individual mandate” provision of Obamacare, which would require every American citizen to purchase health care insurance or pay a penalty.Ā  In February Judicial Watch filed an amicus curiae brief with the High Court challenging the constitutionality of Obamacare over the “individual mandate.”Ā Don’t miss this exciting event!
