Judicial Watch announced that it received productions of new records totaling 102 pages from the Department of Justice (DOJ) related to the shooting of January 6 protestor Ashli Babbitt that include a memo recommending “that the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia decline for criminal prosecution the fatal shooting of Ashli McEntee [Babbitt],” also noting that the shooter, U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, “did not create a police report or documents” related to the shooting of Babbitt.
U.S. Terrorism Bulletin Warns of Domestic Extremist Violence Against Minorities to Stem Immigration
A new Department of Homeland Security (DHS) bulletin warning of a “heightened threat environment” claims domestic violent extremists have expressed grievances related to their perception that the U.S. government is unwilling or unable to secure the U.S.-Mexico border. Therefore, the dispatch says, the domestic extremists “have called for violence to stem the flow of undocumented migrants to the United States.” Issued by the agency’s National Terrorism Advisory System, the notice goes on to say that there “is increased risk of domestic violent extremists using changes in border security-related policies and/or enforcement mechanisms to justify violence against individuals, such as minorities and law enforcement officials involved in the enforcement of border security.”
DC Court Case Exposes Clinton, FBI Targeting Trump in “Russia Collusion” Scandal
Hillary did it. And the FBI helped. That’s the Occam’s Razor conclusion behind court action in Washington last week that added new details to a growing mountain of evidence about the true forces behind the sensational “Russia collusion” allegations that nearly brought down the Trump presidency.
Ordering Sex-Change Surgery for Trans Cop, Obama Judge Equates it to Mastectomies for Cancer
Georgia taxpayers will fund the costly “gender-affirming” surgery of a law enforcement officer because an Obama-appointed federal judge ruled that a county in the state’s central region violated the Civil Rights Act when its insurance company denied the operation. The chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgie, Marc Treadwell, writes in his opinion that the exclusion for the surgery, which is complicated and can cost tens of thousands of dollars, “plainly discriminates because of transgender status.” Enacted in 1964, the Civil Rights Act prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin.

The Epoch Times: ‘Insufficient Evidence’ of Excessive Force in Shooting Death of Ashli Babbitt, DOJ Report Says
Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd produced no reports on his fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt and refused to give an official statement to investigators, but he agreed to a “voluntary debriefing” in which he stated if the “mob of rioters” outside the Speaker’s Lobby at the Capitol gained entry, “it wasn’t going to go well.”
Those details emerged on June 7 from more than 100 pages of records released by Judicial Watch from its 2021 Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Records were released on the Judicial Watch website.
Judicial Watch: Emails Show FBI Advised Comey to Consult with Mueller’s Office Prior to June 2017 Testimony
New emails from the Department of Justice show that former FBI Director James Comey was advised by FBI officials in May 2017 to consult with Special Counsel Robert Mueller prior to testifying before any congressional committees regarding Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election and his firing as FBI director.
Real Clear Investigations: FBI Chief Comey Misled Congress’s ‘Gang of 8’ Over Russiagate, Lisa Page Memo Reveals
The FBI deceived the House, Senate and the Justice Department about the evidence undergirding its investigation of President Trump, according to a recently declassified document and other material. A seven-page memo dated March 8, 2017, shows that “talking points” prepared by Lisa Page for then-FBI Director James Comey for his meeting with the congressional leadership were riddled with half-truths, outright falsehoods, and critical omissions. Tellingly, Lisa Page also personally briefed Mueller about the FBI’s investigation when the special counsel took over the case in May 2017.
