Clinton IT staffer plans to take the Fifth in civil deposition

From WJLA:

Pagliano previously invoked the Fifth Amendment when questioned by the House Select Committee on Benghazi. After initially refusing to speak to the FBI, he signed an immunity agreement to cooperating with agents investigating the former secretary of state’s server.

The FBI is looking into whether classified information was mishandled due to Clinton’s decision to conduct all of her government correspondence from a personal email account housed in a server in her home. A report released last week by the State Department Office of the Inspector General found that her actions violated the Federal Records Act.
