HARVEY BERKMAN AND NATIONAL LAW JOURNAL CONTINUE LIBELOUS CLINTON CRUSADE AGAINST JUDICIAL WATCH AND LARRY KLAYMAN
(Washington, D.C.) In the November 29 edition of The National Law Journal, a tabloid generally read by left leaning pro-Clinton trial lawyers, Harvey Berkman -- who had already been sued by Larry Klayman for libel in his last pro-Clinton hatchet piece -- continues the crusade on behalf of The White House, this time attacking Judicial Watch and its supporters.
In response to Mr. Berkman, Judicial Watch asked its independent certified public accountant and legal counselor to prepare the following statements showing Judicial Watch's correct and ethical practices. To see the statements click here, - Document 2 , Page 2 - 990 Forms.
Larry Klayman will be adding to his complaint against Berkman, his editor-in-chief and The National Law Journal.
