At 11:45 a.m. today, Dolly Kyle Browning, who has filed a RICO suit against President Clinton, filed a request for Judge Susan Webber Wright to recuse herself from any contempt proceedings against Mr. Clinton in the Paula Jones case. Mrs. Browning previously had filed a petition for criminal contempt proceedings against the President. Judge Wright herself invited the filing of the recusal request in an Order dated February 16, 1999.
