First Lady A Defendant in $90 Million Class Action Suit (Washington, June 30) Today, Judicial Watch will file a brief with the Court to allow the deposition of First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton in its Filegate lawsuit. Mrs. Clinton is a defendant in the $90 million civil case brought by Judicial Watch on behalf of the over 900 staffers from the Reagan and Bush Administration and others whose FBI files were illegally obtained and misused by the Clinton White House.
