RAY TRAVELGATE REPORT FAILS TO INDICT HILLARY CLINTON, BUT SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT HER FALSE TESTIMONY

Report Relevant to Judicial Watchs Filegate Lawsuit

(Washington, DC) While Independent Counsel Robert Ray, a lifelong Democrat, did not have the guts to indict Hillary Clinton for her crimes in Travelgate, it does speak volumes about her false testimony. Mrs. Clinton claimed that she had no part in the scandal. The report is relevant to Judicial Watchs Filegate lawsuit, because in that case Mrs. Clinton has submitted an affidavit which, much as in Travelgate, is largely false. The difference is that Judicial Watch will seek to hold Mrs. Clinton accountable, whereas Independent Counsel Ray would rather pursue his political future, as confirmed by The New York Times article of March 25, 2000, Forgotten but Not Gone, Starrs Heir Presses On, stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.

Judicial Watch has serious differences with Independent Counsel Ray, who should have indicted Mrs. Clinton and others in both Travelgate and Filegate, stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
