Testimony Expected To Confirm Lack of Anti-Asian Bias or Racial Profiling in Los Alamos Espionage Case Administrative Inquiry (Washington, DC) Judicial Watch, the public interest law firm that investigates and prosecutes government abuse and corruption, will depose former Clinton-Gore Administration Energy Secretary Bill Richardson today in the Wen Ho Lee libel case. Convicted felon Wen Ho Lee is the defendant in a libel case brought by Judicial Watch on behalf of former Energy Department Director of Intelligence Notra Trulock, the national security hero who first uncovered the now infamous national security case at the Los Alamos Nuclear Laboratory in New Mexico. Wen Ho Lee, his agents and supporters have repeatedly made false, misleading, libelous statements and publications in a failed, desperate attempt to shift blame and avoid espionage charges. Mr. Richardsons testimony today is expected to confirm the fact that there was no racial profiling or anti-Asian bias in the administrative inquiry directed by Mr. Trulock. An independent Justice Department inquiry, known as the Bellows Report, found earlier this year that there was no racial profiling or anti-Asian bias, stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman. |
