Judicial Watch announced recently that it received previously sealed court documents, including depositions of IRS officials Lois Lerner, the former director of the Exempt Organizations Unit of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Holly Paz, her top aide and former IRS director of Office of Rulings and Agreements, which show that they knew most Tea Party organizations were legally entitled to tax-exempt status in the run up to the Obama reelection in 2012.

âThis a remarkable victory for Coach Flynn, as his federal civil rights lawsuit resulted in the Dedham School District admitting that he was absolutely right to be concerned about the districtâs introducing a new, controversial CRT-style curriculum without parental notice or involvement,â said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. âAnd, Coach Flynn also appreciates that the teachers will no longer be able to use virtual learning to push Black Lives Matter symbols. It shouldnât have taken a federal civil rights lawsuit for the school district to do the right thing. We hope other school officials take note they must treat parental curriculum concerns with respect and avoid radical indoctrination of children.â

The New York Post:Â Biden takes heat for spending 40 percent of his days in office âon vacationâ
First son Hunter Biden, who is under federal investigation for possible tax fraud, money laundering and lobbying violations in connection to his foreign business dealings, often travels with his father after repeatedly introducing his dad to associates during his vice presidency.
Tom Fitton, president of conservative transparency group Judicial Watch, said, âOne would hope that President Biden is working when he is on âvacationâ in Delaware, [but] the unwillingness of the White House to disclose his official visitors at Delaware suggests that there is something to hide â including that Biden is completely checked out from his job when away from the White House.â
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton faced backlash on Tuesday for claiming investigations proved she had “zero” classified emails on her private server.
Several Twitter users attacked this thread as “astonishingly false” for ignoring a 2018 Department of Justice inspector general’s report that revealed “81 email chains containing approximately 193 individual emails” were “classified from the CONFIDENTIAL to TOP SECRET levels at the time.”
“Fact check: Astonishingly false,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton tweeted.
