S. Border” to the 36th annual meeting of Doctors for Disaster Preparedness in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 26, 2018.

In addition to his duties with Judicial Watch, Farrell teaches “Journalism Law” for the communication department at George Mason University, and from 2005 – 2008 was a senior staff associate with Columbia University’s National Center for Disaster Preparedness where he authored “Special Populations, Special Needs and Soft Targets: American Children as Targets of Terror.” Farrell’s analysis and briefing concerning Chechen terrorists and the Beslan Massacre was featured in the 2005 conference report “Children as Potential Targets of Terrorism.”
Law enforcement raids of a New Mexico compound on August 3, 2018, included the arrest of a militant Islamist man allegedly teaching children to commit school shootings.
