Judicial Watch just broke the news that a federal court has ordered a hearing into whether Hillary Clinton used her private email server to deliberately stymie the Freedom of Information Act. The court will also look into whether the State Department acted in bad faith when it claimed it would settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015. And the court will look into whether the State Department has adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s request. Judicial Watch has deposed nearly a dozen witnesses and will seek additional witnesses and documents from the court — including the deposition of Hillary Clinton and Cheryl Mills, who directed the destruction of 33,000 State Department Clinton emails!
