At 11:45 a.m. today, Dolly Kyle Browning, who has filed a RICO suit against President Clinton, filed a request for Judge Susan Webber Wright to recuse herself from any contempt proceedings against Mr. Clinton in the Paula Jones case. Mrs. Browning previously had filed a petition for criminal contempt proceedings against the President. Judge Wright herself invited the filing of the recusal request in an Order dated February 16, 1999. This Request for Recusal will be available in early afternoon today at Judicial Watch's website, www.JudicialWatch.org. |
